This is a GREAT book! The story is involving, sexy, and exciting from beginning to end. A story of true love spanning the life of an ordinary man in the soggy Pacific Northwest who is thrust into the extraordinary secret world of vampires.

I'm not a big reader, but this one got me hooked and kept me immersed in the story until the very end, leaving me wanting even more. I greatly look forward to the sequel.

Michael W. Holman is a bachelor who has spent his entire life in the Pacific Northwest. He lives in Salem, Oregon. His favorite activities include distance running, reading fiction, and playing strategy board games with his nearby immediate family members on Friday nights. He's currently writing the sequel to Resolve and Retribution, which is his first novel.
